Travel Insurance is\u00a0Not Included<\/em>\u00a0in the price of our tours,\u00a0however, it is highly encouraged. We\u00a0recommend Insurance to all travelers as a\u00a0safety measure to protect their investment.\u00a0We recommend Travel Insurance as\u00a0a worthwhile benefit in the case of untimely\u00a0circumstances or events that might\u00a0lead to the cancellation of a tour or any\u00a0unfortunate problems while on tour. Detailed\u00a0literature is available.<\/p>\n Payment in\u00a0full is required to hold reservations on all\u00a0day tours. Overnight tours require a\u00a0$100.00 minimum deposit, with balance\u00a0in full due about six-weeks prior to departure.\u00a0Specific tours may require additional\u00a0deposits. Additionally, your payment\/deposit holds your assigned seat on\u00a0the motorcoach in the order it was received\u00a0in our office.<\/p>\n SignaTours, Ltd.\u00a0accepts credit and debit cards for those 18\u00a0years of age and older. SignaTours Ltd.\u00a0reserves the right to refuse service, terminate\u00a0or suspend accounts or service or\u00a0cancel transactions at any time. Timing\u00a0and completion of a payment transaction\u00a0is contingent upon both the authorization\u00a0of payment by the applicable credit card\u00a0company and acceptance of payment by\u00a0SignaTours Ltd. In the event that your\u00a0credit\/debit card payment is unable to be\u00a0processed, SignaTours Ltd. will attempt\u00a0to notify you using the contact information\u00a0you have provided. In any event, you\u00a0remain responsible for payments due.<\/p>\n There are\u00a0no refunds for any day tour canceled\u00a0within three business days of the date of\u00a0travel. Overnight tours are nonrefundable\u00a0if canceled within 30 days of\u00a0the scheduled departure date.\u00a0Sickness\u00a0and\/or Death of friends or family members\u00a0does not alter this policy.<\/em>\u00a0Cancellation\u00a0insurance is available and usually\u00a0covers Sickness & Death related events.<\/p>\n In addition to the cancellation\/refund\u00a0policies, all deposits or payments are\u00a0subject to any non-refundable or cancellation\u00a0charges imposed by vendors: hotel,\u00a0restaurant, theatre and entertainment\u00a0charges, etc.<\/em><\/p>\n Cancellation on ALL Tours Must be Made\u00a0in Writing to SignaTours.\u00a0Cancellations WILL NOT be accepted by\u00a0phone. They will assist\u00a0you with important information and\u00a0proper instruction throughout the tour.<\/p>\n SignaTours, Ltd. uses only\u00a0those hotels rated by Triple A as three\u00a0stars or better. Selection of the hotel is\u00a0based on location and the needs of the\u00a0tour. We guarantee properties used are:<\/p>\n Rooms\u00a0are non-smoking unless requested.<\/p>\n SignaTours,\u00a0Ltd. allows one large bag per person, and\u00a0one small carry-on that fits easily under\u00a0the seat or in the overhead compartment.\u00a0Carry-on bags are considered the responsibility\u00a0of the passenger. Once you arrive\u00a0at the departure point, your bag will\u00a0be stowed and taken care of through the\u00a0end of the tour. All gratuities for this service\u00a0are included in the cost of the tour.<\/p>\n The use of Cell Phones on\u00a0the Motorcoach is permitted in the case\u00a0of emergencies only.
